Alok Sharma, the Conservative Parliamentary Candidate for Reading West, and Conservative colleagues joined in the fund raising efforts on Red Nose Day by collecting donations in Tilehurst Triangle.
Alok Sharma said: "A big thank you to all the school children, mums, dads, grandmas and grandpas who made a donation on Red Nose Day. We may be in a recession and credit crunch but it did not stop Reading people showing their generosity for such a worthy cause."
