Alok Sharma, the Member of Parliament for Reading West, spoke at the official opening of a new office for an expanding education recruitment company based in Pangbourne, which supports Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across the Thames Valley.

‘Always Flourishing’ is a dynamic education recruitment agency led and managed by education and people development professionals who have worked at the cutting edge of their industries internationally over the last 20 years. The company aims to improve educational attainment by sourcing world-class education leadership and teaching talent to enable children to have the best start in life.

The start-up company was set up 18 months ago with just two employees and now has 15 employees, including an apprentice. The business currently plans to hire 50 new colleagues over the next few years. The Always Flourishing ‘GradAcademy’ also offers graduate programmes to enable students and graduates to get some hand-on practical experience within the world of education recruitment.
